Freedom Flags

We (Chris and Karen Duerr-Daniel) are based at the Church at the ARC, the home church of Revival Fires in Dudley. We have been privileged to fly our flags in many places both in the UK and overseas. In so doing, we have met many people who wished for flags (and other items) of their own. Increasingly we found we were being asked to make these. Thus Freedom Flags was born out of a desire for freedom in worship and for intimacy with our Lord Jesus.
Purpose of Flags
Flags and banners are mentioned several times in the Bible, one the most frequently quoted verses being, “He brought me to His banqueting table and His banner over me is love” (Song of Songs Chapter 2 verse 4).
Now flags (and similar items) have usage that is as varied as worship itself. They represent what God is saying to us and reflect our coming to Him. They can be used in celebration, intercession and battle. Although colours and pictures can be used symbolically, we prefer not to give examples of any here. This can lead to legalism and the concept of Freedom Flags is to break away from this
